Ear Blitz Podcast Personality Release

I hereby grant permission for Ear Blitz, a division of AdvantiPro GmbH to record my presentation and comments (The Material), in any and all forms, for an Ear Blitz podcast. I further grant permission for AdvantiPro GmbH to transcribe and reproduce this Material as part of the AdvantiPro GmbH Digital Library, and to distribute the Material for sale in complete or partial form as part of an AdvantiPro GmbH product on the internet, broadcast, webcast, multimedia or any other media format now or hereafter known. (Not all formats will be utilized.)

Accordingly, I give AdvantiPro GmbH the right to use my image, voice, pronouncements, likeness, and my name, and any biographical material submitted by me, in connection with the Publication or Media File named above, whether used in excerpts or in full, for the reproduction and distribution described above and for any associated advertising, publication or exhibition.

I understand that AdvantiPro GmbH, is not a “not-for-profit” entity and its agents will invest considerable resources in reliance on the permissions and releases herein, and that AdvantiPro GmbH is under no obligation to exercise any or all of the rights, licenses, and privileges herein granted.

I hereby release and discharge AdvantiPro GmbH and its’ contractors from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the Publication or Media File. All permissions and releases granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity and extend and apply to AdvantiPro GmbH and its assigns, contractors, sublicensed distributors, successors, and agents.

In the event that any materials used by me contain the work of other individuals or organizations (including any copyrighted musical compositions or excerpts thereof), I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any necessary permissions and/or licenses* and will provide them in writing to AdvantiPro GmbH.
